The pool area was heated, which made it enjoyable, especially for my kids. However, there were no elevators in the building, which made hauling luggage upstairs inconvenient. Staff interaction didn't feel welcoming at times. Overall experience was good, but the noise from the highway was disruptive, particularly at night.
